When will I receive my order?
Our standard shipping time is 3-6 business days. Please always refer to your tracking link which can be found in your Shipment Confirmation email. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to safety precautions in our fulfillment center and carrier transportation delays.
We will soon offer priority shipping via UPS and have implemented a priority fulfillment process at our distribution centers. Order by 1pm for delivery in 1-2 business days. The cost of priority shipping is based on shipment weight and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that priority shipping is unavailable on orders outside of Singapore & West Malaysia.

How can I track my delivery?
You will get a shipping confirmation email when your order has been picked up by our carrier usually within a day or two after your order confirmation email is received. You will be able to view your tracking by following the link provided in the email.
Alternatively, you can check your tracking updates by logging onto your account area on the Huel site! If you would like the tracking confirmed or it doesn’t seem clear, then please get in touch with your order number, as we’d be more than happy to take a look for you.
We like to keep things simple here at Green Cold Press so you can return any of our products within 30 days of receiving them for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Late or missing refunds?
Once you have checked your bank account, if your refund isn’t showing then we recommend to contact your credit card company or PayPal customer service. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
I need help.
If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your order. Don’t worry, contact us within 7 days of the original shipping date and we’ll look into this for you. If we’re made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Green Cold Press.
